By accessing or using Ms. Lumira ("the Service") at mslumira.com, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the App.
Ms. Lumira is a digital wellness and self-reflection application providing AI-powered daily card-based readings, horoscope content, moon phase guidance, a social reading feature ("Two of Cups"), personal journaling, and subscription-based premium features. All readings are produced by artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind — psychological, medical, financial, or otherwise. Do not make major life decisions based solely on content provided by Ms. Lumira.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service under any circumstances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@mslumira.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are harmful to other users or the public.
We offer the following plans: Mystic Plan at $4.99/month or $41.99/year; Oracle Plan at $9.99/month or $83.99/year. One-time purchases are available at $2.99 each including Guide packs, Spread packs, Deck packs, and Year in Review reports. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@mslumira.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@mslumira.com within 7 days. We will provide 30 days notice before any price increase for existing subscribers.
You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; impersonate any person or entity; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use bots, automated scripts, or scraping tools; reproduce or resell any part of the Service without written permission; use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent; upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
All content on Ms. Lumira — including text, graphics, logos, guide portraits, card designs, and software — is the property of Ms. Lumira and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your journal entries. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display it solely to provide the Service to you. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use only and may not be resold or commercially exploited.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MS. LUMIRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ms. Lumira and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
